Platform Rules for Pakistan Players

01 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below. These definitions apply throughout the document and in all related lsm99 platform policies unless the context expressly requires otherwise.

• "lsm99" / "Platform" / "We" / "Us" / "Our" — refers to the lsm99 gaming platform accessible at lsm99.bingo, including all subpages, products, services, and digital infrastructure operated thereunder.
• "Player" / "User" / "You" / "Your" — refers to any individual who registers for and holds an lsm99 account, or who accesses the lsm99 platform in any capacity.
• "Account" — the individual, verified player account created by registration on lsm99 and linked to a unique CNIC and Pakistan mobile number.
• "Balance" / "Wallet" — the PKR-denominated funds held in your lsm99 account at any given time, comprising real-money deposits, winnings, and any applicable bonus credit held in a separately tracked bonus wallet.
• "Gaming Products" — all wagering, betting, casino, slots, cockfighting, Teen Patti, crash game, virtual sports, and lottery products offered on the lsm99 platform.
• "Bonus" / "Promotion" — any credit, free bet, free spin, cashback, reload offer, or loyalty reward issued by lsm99 to a player account, subject to specific promotional terms.
• "Wagering Requirement" / "Rollover" — the number of times a bonus amount, or bonus plus deposit amount, must be wagered on eligible lsm99 products before withdrawal of associated winnings is permitted.
• "PKR" — Pakistani Rupee, the exclusive currency of all lsm99 account operations and transactions.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer verification, comprising identity and age verification using a player's CNIC and any supporting documents required by lsm99.

02 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing lsm99.bingo, creating an account, making a deposit, or using any lsm99 Gaming Product, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with lsm99's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and lsm99. If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must not register an account or use the lsm99 platform in any capacity.

These Terms apply to all lsm99 Gaming Products — including but not limited to lsm99 Casino, Jackpot Slots, Teen Patti, Cockfighting, Field Hockey betting, crash games, and virtual sports — regardless of the device or method of access used.

03 Eligibility & Registration

3.1 Age Requirement. Use of the lsm99 platform is strictly limited to individuals who are at least 18 years of age. This is a firm and non-negotiable requirement. lsm99 conducts CNIC-based KYC verification on all new account registrations and reserves the right to request additional age verification documentation at any time. Any account found to have been registered by a person under the age of 18 will be immediately closed and any balance — including deposited funds and winnings — will be permanently forfeited.

3.2 One Account Per Player. Each individual may hold only one active lsm99 account. Multiple accounts associated with the same CNIC, mobile number, device, IP address, or payment method are prohibited. lsm99 reserves the right to merge, close, or suspend duplicate accounts and to forfeit all associated balances without prior notice.

3.3 Registration Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during lsm99 registration, including your legal full name as it appears on your CNIC, your Pakistan mobile number, and a valid email address. You must promptly update your lsm99 account information if any registered details change.

3.4 Jurisdiction Responsibility. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using lsm99 is lawful in your jurisdiction. lsm99 makes no warranty that the platform is legally accessible in any specific region. You access lsm99 entirely at your own risk and responsibility with respect to applicable local laws.

04 Account Management

4.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your lsm99 login credentials — username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your lsm99 account access with any third party. All activity conducted under your lsm99 account is your sole responsibility, whether or not it was carried out by you personally.

4.2 Unauthorised Access. If you suspect that your lsm99 account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify lsm99 support immediately via live chat. lsm99 will conduct an account security review and, where appropriate, suspend the account pending investigation. lsm99 is not liable for losses arising from your failure to secure your login credentials.

4.3 Account Verification. lsm99 may request KYC documentation at any time, including at account registration, before processing a first withdrawal, or when transaction activity triggers lsm99's internal compliance review thresholds. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withdrawal restrictions.

4.4 Inactive Accounts. An lsm99 account is considered inactive if no login or transaction activity occurs for a continuous period of 12 months. lsm99 reserves the right to apply an administrative fee of up to 500 PKR per month to inactive accounts. Players will be notified before any dormancy fee is applied.

4.5 Account Currency. All lsm99 accounts are denominated in PKR. lsm99 does not operate multi-currency accounts. Cryptocurrency deposits (USDT TRC20 / BEP20) are converted to PKR at the prevailing lsm99 rate at the time of the deposit transaction.

05 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposit Methods. lsm99 accepts deposits via Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, SadaPay, HBL, UBL, MCB Bank, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, and USDT (TRC20 and BEP20). Accepted methods may change from time to time and are confirmed within the lsm99 deposit interface at the time of transaction. The minimum deposit is 500 PKR on all standard methods.

5.2 Deposit Processing. Easypaisa and JazzCash deposits credit to your lsm99 account instantly. Bank transfers typically settle within 5–15 minutes. USDT deposits are processed after blockchain network confirmation, which may take up to 30 minutes. lsm99 does not charge deposit fees on standard methods; network or mobile wallet fees applied by the payment provider are your responsibility.

5.3 Withdrawal Requirements. Withdrawals from your lsm99 account are subject to: (a) full completion of KYC verification; (b) confirmation that the withdrawal method matches the deposit method used (where applicable under lsm99's AML policy); (c) satisfaction of any applicable bonus wagering requirements; and (d) no outstanding lsm99 compliance review on your account.

5.4 Withdrawal Processing Times. Standard Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals on lsm99 process within 15 minutes for fully verified accounts. Bank transfer withdrawals process within 1–3 business hours. During peak periods or compliance review, processing may take longer. lsm99 will notify you of any delay exceeding 24 hours.

5.5 Withdrawal Limits. Minimum withdrawal on lsm99 is 1,000 PKR. Maximum single withdrawal amounts and daily limits are displayed within the lsm99 withdrawal section at the time of the request and may vary by player tier and verification status.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 Bonus Eligibility. All bonuses and promotional offers on lsm99 are subject to individual promotion-specific terms, which are published alongside each offer. Players must meet eligibility criteria — which may include minimum deposit amounts, account verification status, and game restrictions — to qualify for any lsm99 bonus.

6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonuses credited to an lsm99 account are subject to a wagering requirement (rollover) that must be met before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, eligible products, and time limits are specified in the individual promotion terms. Unless specified otherwise, the default lsm99 wagering requirement is 15x the bonus amount on eligible casino and slot games.

6.3 Bonus Abuse. lsm99 employs active monitoring to detect bonus abuse patterns, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer; using low-risk hedging strategies during a bonus rollover period; coordinating bets with other players to reduce risk artificially; and exploiting technical errors in bonus credit. Accounts where bonus abuse is identified will have associated bonus balances and any winnings derived therefrom permanently forfeited.

6.4 Bonus Expiry. Bonus credit and associated rollover progress on lsm99 expire after the period stated in the individual promotion terms. Expired bonuses are removed from the player's account without notice and are not reinstated.

6.5 lsm99 Discretion. lsm99 reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or decline to issue any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. The existence of a promotion on a third-party website does not constitute a binding offer by lsm99 — only promotions confirmed through the official lsm99 platform are valid.

07 Gaming Rules

7.1 Game Outcomes. All software-based games on lsm99 — slots, table games, crash games, and virtual sports — use independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that produces statistically random outcomes. lsm99 does not manipulate game outcomes and cannot do so. Certified RNG documentation is available from the game studio on request via lsm99 support.

7.2 Live Dealer Games. Live casino games on lsm99 are conducted by human dealers using real equipment (cards, roulette wheels) in professional studio environments. The lsm99 broadcast feed delivers the live game to your screen. Live game rules — including betting limits, side bet availability, and payout tables — are displayed within the game interface and may vary by table.

7.3 Disconnection Policy. If your internet connection is lost mid-game on lsm99, the following applies: (a) for slot spins already confirmed, the outcome has been determined and will be recorded as final; (b) for live dealer table games, if disconnection occurs before a betting round closes, your active bet may be settled according to lsm99's disconnection rules; (c) crash game multiplier locks placed before disconnection are honoured. Contact lsm99 support with your game reference number for any post-disconnection dispute.

7.4 Voided Games. lsm99 reserves the right to void game results in the event of a technical malfunction, studio error, or verifiable software fault that materially affected the outcome. Void game stakes are returned to the player's lsm99 balance. lsm99 is not liable for any consequential losses arising from a voided game.

7.5 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Each lsm99 game carries minimum and maximum stake limits displayed within the game interface. Bets below the minimum or above the maximum will not be accepted. lsm99 may adjust stake limits at any time without prior notice.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on lsm99 and will result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and may be referred to relevant authorities:

• Registering or operating more than one lsm99 account under any identity;
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during lsm99 registration or KYC;
• Using lsm99 if you are under 18 years of age;
• Using automated betting tools, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to place bets on lsm99;
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other lsm99 players to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Deliberately exploiting software bugs, glitches, or RNG anomalies on lsm99;
• Using lsm99 for any money laundering, fraud, or financial crime activity;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or copy any lsm99 platform technology;
• Engaging in harassment, abusive language, or threatening behaviour toward lsm99 staff or other players;
• Accessing lsm99 using a VPN or proxy service with the intent of circumventing geographic restrictions or lsm99 security measures.

09 Intellectual Property

9.1 Ownership. All content on the lsm99 platform — including but not limited to the lsm99 brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, promotional materials, written content, and software — is the property of lsm99 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

9.2 Limited Licence. lsm99 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the lsm99 platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not extend to any commercial use, reproduction, redistribution, or modification of lsm99 content.

9.3 Restrictions. You may not copy, scrape, reproduce, republish, distribute, or create derivative works from any lsm99 platform content without prior written consent from lsm99. Unauthorised use of lsm99's intellectual property constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

10 Privacy & Data

10.1 Data Collection. lsm99 collects personal data — including your name, CNIC number, mobile number, email address, payment details, and gaming activity — for the purposes of account management, KYC compliance, transaction processing, fraud prevention, and platform improvement. Data collection and use by lsm99 is governed by our Privacy Policy.

10.2 Data Security. lsm99 applies industry-standard security measures to protect your personal data, including SSL/TLS encryption of all data in transit and secure storage of sensitive account information. No data security measure is absolute — you are encouraged to use strong, unique passwords for your lsm99 account and to activate two-factor authentication.

10.3 Data Sharing. lsm99 does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. lsm99 may share data with payment processors, KYC verification providers, game studios, and regulatory or law enforcement bodies where required by applicable law or lsm99's compliance obligations. 11 Responsible Gaming

11.1 Entertainment Purpose. All lsm99 gaming products are provided for entertainment purposes only. Gaming on lsm99 should never be treated as a source of income, a financial strategy, or a means of recovering losses. The statistical design of casino games and betting products means that lsm99 holds a mathematical advantage over time.

11.2 Responsible Gaming Tools. lsm99 provides the following responsible gaming tools to all account holders, accessible from account settings without the need to contact support: (a) daily, weekly, and monthly PKR deposit limits; (b) session time reminders; (c) loss limit caps; (d) cool-off periods of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days; and (e) permanent self-exclusion. 11.3 Age Verification and Protection. lsm99 maintains strict age verification procedures across the platform. If lsm99 has reasonable grounds to believe that a registered account is being used by a minor, the account will be immediately suspended pending verification. lsm99 encourages parents and guardians to use parental control software to prevent underage access to online gaming platforms.

11.4 Self-Exclusion. Players who wish to permanently exclude themselves from lsm99 may activate self-exclusion from their account settings or by contacting lsm99 support. Once self-exclusion is applied, it cannot be reversed. Excluded players should not attempt to create a new lsm99 account — doing so constitutes a breach of these Terms.

12 Limitation of Liability

12.1 Platform Availability. lsm99 endeavours to maintain platform availability at all times but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, technical failures, force majeure events, or third-party service provider outages may cause temporary unavailability of lsm99 or specific gaming products. lsm99 is not liable for any losses — including unrealised winnings or missed betting opportunities — arising from platform downtime.

12.2 Consequential Loss. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, lsm99 excludes liability for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the lsm99 platform, including but not limited to: loss of anticipated profits; loss of data; loss of goodwill; or gaming losses exceeding the amount you deposited in the session giving rise to the claim.

12.3 Third-Party Content. lsm99 is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or availability of any third-party game studio software, payment provider service, or external website referenced in connection with lsm99. Game studio software is provided under licence — any technical malfunction in studio-provided content is the responsibility of the respective studio, and lsm99's liability is limited to returning the affected bet stake to the player's account.

12.4 Player Responsibility. You acknowledge that participating in lsm99 gaming products involves financial risk. You accept full personal responsibility for any losses incurred on lsm99 as a result of your gaming activity. lsm99 is not responsible for decisions you make regarding the amount or frequency of your bets.

13 Termination

13.1 Termination by lsm99. lsm99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the event of: (a) breach of any provision of these Terms; (b) suspected fraudulent, collusive, or unlawful activity; (c) regulatory or compliance requirements; or (d) any circumstance in which lsm99 determines that continued account operation presents an unacceptable risk to the platform, other players, or third parties.

13.2 Effect of Termination. Upon account closure by lsm99 under clause 13.1, any real-money balance remaining in your lsm99 account will be reviewed. Where closure results from a terms breach, suspected fraud, or prohibited conduct, lsm99 reserves the right to withhold the balance pending investigation. Where closure is for unrelated compliance reasons, verified real-money balances (excluding bonus credit) will be returned to your registered Pakistan payment method.

13.3 Voluntary Closure. You may request closure of your lsm99 account at any time by contacting lsm99 support. Any verified real-money balance will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method before closure is finalised. Bonus balances and associated wagering requirements are forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

14 Governing Law & Disputes

14.1 Governing Law. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the lsm99 operating jurisdiction. Players in Pakistan accept that accessing and using lsm99 is their personal responsibility with respect to their local applicable laws.

14.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of a dispute relating to your lsm99 account, gaming outcome, payment, or any other platform matter, you should first contact lsm99 support via live chat to raise the issue. lsm99 commits to providing a written response to all formal disputes within 5 business days. The decision of lsm99 on gaming disputes is final in the absence of demonstrable mathematical or technical error verified by an independent source.

14.3 Language. These Terms are published in English. The English-language version is authoritative and prevails over any translation or interpretation in any other language.

15 Amendments to These Terms

15.1 Right to Amend. lsm99 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. The current version of the Terms, with its effective date, is always available at lsm99.bingo/terms-and-conditions.

15.2 Notification. For material amendments — those that substantively change your rights or obligations as a player — lsm99 will notify registered players via the mobile number or email address on their account at least 7 days before the amendment takes effect, where practicable.

15.3 Continued Use. Your continued use of lsm99 after an amendment becomes effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you must cease using lsm99 and may request account closure and withdrawal of any real-money balance.
